Provide warm_start example for solvers

Requesting an example using warm_start for continued learning. Note under adelie.solver.(insert_solver_here) notes that the is the use case for warm_start. Providing warm_start a boolean, however, fails. Tracking down what exactly warm_start wants is not trivial. An example in the User Guide would be appreciated.
