Requirement to completely fix AWB when a specific mode is requested (as opposed to auto). May need a bug fix to do this.

??? AWB modes just change the expected colour temperature of the image, not specify absolute R & B gains. AWB off does now lock things off, and you can then set manual gains, so that is the best solution.
