Mixed-language problem

Hello! Thank you for this amazing repository! I have been developing a web app using it, and it works flawlessly with English input. However, I am encountering some challenges.

I am bilingual in Cantonese (zh-HK) and English, and it works perfectly on my Mac. Unfortunately, when I switch to my iOS devices like my iPhone or iPad, it only recognizes the system language of the device such as English only. Is there a way to handle mixed language input effectively?
