Won't make config file

The bot comes online. But it wont make any config file or respont to e!Help in Discord. Help? Installed via JAR

To solve this fast could I ask for the config file. So I could copy and paste?

The config file is different depending on the server and the bot version. The bot is publicly hosted already, so you can just add it, unless you want to host it yourself.

Okay. That's the thing, I would love to host it myself. Do you have any idea why it won't make a config file?
