Sounds good @BilalM04. The issues you linked have plenty of content. Can you distill your agenda item into a question or discussion point? We won't have @JacquesCarette at this meeting. Some decisions might have to wait until we can get his input.

@smiths absolutely, a good point to start with is #3796 (comment), and how I may go about implementing this preliminary design.

I think that @balacij can help @BilalM04 with this design - I think my comment gives the requirements solidly enough.

At the moment I am mainly working on implementing #3746 and #3781, and I don't think I have much to discuss yet for either.

If we have time we could talk more about #3792. It would be beneficial to discuss it when @JacquesCarette is available, but it still would be helpful for those of us who are here to discuss it.
