Contexto:

Como usuario, quiero poder registrarme en un evento.

Descripción:

Desarrollar un modal con un formulario para registrarse en el evento.

El formulario debe tener los siguientes inputs:

  • Nombre
  • Género
  • Restricción alimentaria
  • Rut
  • Checkbox con el código de conducta
  • Checkbox de términos y condiciones
