Welcome to the Lunatic Software Wiki about my attempt to create an ASCOM driver for modified Synta telescope mounts such as the Skywatcher HEQ5/6 or EQ5/EQ6 with the AstroEQ box and stepper motors.
As I say in the title of the repository, the code is heavily influenced by EQMOD project code base at http://eq-mod.sourceforge.net/. All credit to the EQMOD team especially Chris Shillito for keeping EQMOD alive.
My other reference is the SkyWatcher open source code at: https://github.com/skywatcher-pacific/skywatcher_open.
