In developed exercises setup migrated to its own page, can this be formalised in the example and tutorial.
Also can we have a summary at end, autogenerated, containing key points from each episode
and either appended or on their own page, glossary and cheat sheet (could these be linked from each notebook, would this be worthwhile?)
