Especially with the chrome release (#50), we should take advantage of template-based issues.

I'm thinking about:

  • browser
  • name of the instance
  • (optional) profile to test it with
  • whether advanced view is used or not

also version info could be useful. (sometimes things published in stores get delayed and such stuff).

i've slightly modified github's templates in d0d51d3. opinions?

I thought more about sth along the lines of their issue forms, cause that could make it easy to create Report bug link which is pre-filled with information like the version number and the browser. What do you think about it?
