Make the flags configs you can edit

Could the flags be made into a config option ? It might be easier for users to edit their settings that way if they aren't too familiar with file systems and stuff in general

Another idea I had was we could also have a toolbar icon like shown below. Right clicking could have edit settings as an option too.

Hi @DereC4 Yea i have a plan to do something regards to that.

Since this project began for only Linux people, they were fine with just using Arguments as their configuration. But for windows users, they like to have a UI.

So I actually sat a bit yesterday and looked at some options for implementing a UI for leagueRPC.
It will take some time to complete, and it comes with it's own sets of challenges and issues, but i think it will be great.

I will create a POC (Proof of concept) with the UI application, and perhaps one with a trayicon, to see which one is easier to work with.
Perhaps it would be nice to have both.

So instead of LeagueRPC starting a terminal window, it launches a windows application where you can toggle on/off the different settings that the Arguments would handle normally.
