Can't load preupdated/dlc added games

The emulator (Pine) doesn't recognize any games with updates or DLCs merged into them; it only shows the base version (1.0) of the games. Additionally, the emulator crashes whenever I try to run these merged games. I used online software to merge the updates and DLCs. However, other emulators like Yuzu and its forks can easily run and recognize these versions.

Extra: It would be great if the emulator could implement a system to add updates and DLCs in the future.
