no gapless playback

Hi all
Can anybody help me? I can't find out what I'm doing wrong. In the settings under DB I set the following:
Pause Between Files: 1 milliseconds
but there is the disturbing break between the tracks especially in audiobooks!

Have somebody an idea where the problem is?
