shortly after successful DRep registration (green notification), it is not possible to find it by ID in the voting power delegation section. The ID is available on the dashboard.

When I switch to another account in Eternl wallet, I am able to find DRep and delegate voting power. When I switch back to the account I registered from, DRep is still nowhere to be found.

Repro steps:

• Connect wallet - account 1
• Register as and DRep
• Grab the DRep ID from the Dashboard and try to find it
• Searching fails (BUG)
• Disconnect the wallet
• Connect wallet - account 2
• It is possible to find DRep by ID and delegate voting power
• Disconnect wallet
• Connect wallet - account 1
• DRep still cannot be found by its ID (BUG)

I experienced that a few times during DRep training sessions. The last time was on June 18.

Suprisingly, some participants were able to find registered DRep by ID but some not. I remember there were troubles with delegations of voting power. Not sure whether participants do that correctly.
