Found typo on: ose-web-http2-apache.md

Typo:
apt-get install php7.1-fpm #

Should probably be
apt-get install php7.3-fpm #

But PHP 7.4 is available, could change all to 7.4

@JohnS347 - Thanks for pointing this out. We captured the instructions from when my colleague ran the commands on one of our reference servers. It may have been that PHP 7.1 was the latest available on his system when we ran this. You make the excellent point that we need to look at updating these now that PHP 7.4 is out. Thank you!
