Create IPv6 document for hosted servers #14

We know, for instance, from the conversation over in #2, that GoDaddy does NOT support IPv6. Perhaps we also add to this document:
That can perhaps save people the work of contacting their tech support. Might also over time cause some of those web hosting providers to re-evaluate their position if they see the list of providers who DO support IPv6 continuing to grow. |
If anyone reading this knows of web hosting providers who DO or do NOT support IPv6 (or an existing list of such hosting providers), please feel free to add that information as a comment here on this issue. |
