Ressource booking - automatism or direct booking by ressource group owners

Currently, the "owner" (or group) of an ressource gets an email and needs to accept this booking.

Compared to Exchange this is a very strange behaviour, because even when not having an automatic acceptance when ressource is available, at least when the ressource user is listed in the owners group it still needs verification/acceptance.

Best workflow would be:
if the ressource is free and validated to book by the owner/group, the ressource should be booked immediately.
