Calendar and Address Book not syncing.

Hi there,

Sorry to be a pain again but I am not sure how to get the address book and calendar to connect properly.

I have added a few staff members as below

However when I then add an appointment in the calendar whilst trying to add a person from the address book its not giving me any of the contacts.

I have probably missed something simple however I can't figure it out.

Could you please help?
