Question regarding CMP Version

Hi! I'm trying to understand how CMP Version should be incremented and what does it mean to user and regulators.

The main questions is when we should update CMP Version? Does it depend on texts inside dialog, design (colours and styles) or structure of dialog. For example do we need to have an ability to provide all details about texts, colours and other details having only CMP Version?

The CMP version is for CMPs to increment for each change they make to the CMP. The TCF spec says this: "Each change to a CMP should increment their internally assigned version number as a record of which version the user gave consent and transparency was established."
The CMP version could be used to retrofit a use case in case of a litigation.
