Assess if we need to check for an element's existence in DriverHandler.FindElement(s)

Not sure why I did it like that... presumably the returned Element(s)Handler should handle if the WebElement has not appeared yet. Need to remove the checks and do some testing to see if we can speed up that interaction and not potentially do two waits in a row where not needed.
