Shortcut for moving position by 0.1 units

Holding ctrl allows you to move 10 units at a time, and holding alt allows you to move 2 units at a time. Moving small amounts at a time is often needed when microadjusting curved brick slides to make them smooth, and in that case you often want to move many bricks at once. A shortcut for this would make life easier. Maybe change alt to move 0.1 units instead of 2?
