[1.20.1] Black Hole unit added empty tag to nbt data

When I break and place a Black Hole Unit with an item in it, the item receives a new NBT tag. This causes the Black Hole Unit to not accept any more of this item because the NBT tags are different.

Here is the item NBT tag before I put it into the Black Hole Unit:

It's been like this for years, I have no idea how it hasn't been fixed by now but it's been bugged since at least 1.16.5 iirc. Having the same problem right now
