Communication error between Browser-Phone and Linphone.

Communication between Softphone Linphone and Browser-Phone is correct.

Communication between Browser-Phone and Softphone Linphone is not successful. Browser-Phone Webphone rings for 3 seconds and hangs up. There is some kind of congestion or busy that makes it look like the softphone is not available.

Calls between webphones have worked, specifically between mizu webphone and Browser-Phone webphone.

I am using Asterisk 18.24.0 and FreePBX 16.0.40.8.

I am using pjsip extensions.

I am using a self-signed certificate

I am activating that certificate in browsers like Opera Gx, Chrome and firefox, the way:

https://192.168.1.40:8089/ws

The communication can be done correctly from Linphone to Browser-Phone, but not the other way around, i.e. Linphone doesn't ring, the call just stays until the asterisk console.

I would appreciate it if you could guide me, thank you.

Comunicación entre Browser-Phone y Softphone Linphone no se realiza. El Webphone Browser-Phone repica 3 segundos y cuelga. Hay como una especie de congestion o ocupado que hace ver como que el softphone no esta disponible.

Llamadas entre webphone si han funcionado, especificamente entre webphone de mizu y webphone Browser-Phone.

Estoy usando Asterisk 18.24.0 y FreePBX 16.0.40.8

Estoy usando extensiones pjsip.

Estoy usando un certificado autofirmado

Estoy activando ese certificado en navegadores como Opera Gx, Chrome y firefox, de la forma:

https://192.168.1.40:8089/ws

La comunicación se puede realizar correctamende desde Linphone hacia Browser-Phone, pero no al contrario, es decir, que Linphone no llega a repicar, la llamada solo se queda hasta la consola de asterisk.

Call from WebRTC WebPhone Browser_Phone to Softphone Linphone fails to go through.

The screenshot shows the Linphone extension is unavailable, even though it’s registering correctly - it could be because you have the endpoint set to ‘qualify’, (you need this to get the channel status), but the options package is failing.

This may be because it hasn’t correctly saved the contact. Make sure the contact has only one single entry, and that you set it to update contact, so that it knows the actual path back to the browser once registered.

You can often see this, that Asterisk shows a warning a few seconds after the registration, that the endpoint has become unreachable, even though you have just registered.

A good sanity test would be to see if you can dial the Linphone extension with something else like Zoiper.

I installed the Zoiper5 softphone, I registered it to the pbx through freepbx, and I made calls to the Linphone softphone, but the Linphone did not answer the call, it appeared as unreachable.

I reconfigured the extensions with Linphone and zoiper5 softphone and Linphone already receives calls from zoiper5, however, zoiper does not receive or accept calls from Linphone and does not receive calls from webphone Browser-Phone.

Now, Linphone softphone can receive calls from Browser-Phone.

I am testing with cyber_mega_phone_2k and Browser-Phone for the video part, but I notice that Browser-Phone does not support video or is disabled by code.

Added contact or pjsip account settings from Browser-Phone webphone.

Added settings for Linphone and Zoipe5 softphone accounts.

Buenas tardes señor Conrad muchas gracias por su respuesta, le agradezco por sus recomendaciones.

Instale el softphone Zoiper5, lo registre a la pbx mediante freepbx, y realice llamadas al softphone Linphone, tampoco función llamada, Linphone no contestaba la llamada, aparecia como inalcanzable.

Volvi a configurar las extensiones con softphone Linphone y zoiper5 y Linphone ya recibe las llamadas desde zoiper5, sin embargo, zoiper no recibe, ni acepta las llamadas desde Linphone y tampoco recibe las llamadas desde webphone Browser-Phone.

Ahora, el softphone Linphone ya puede recibir las llamadas desde Browser- Phone.

Estoy realizando pruebas con cyber_mega_phone_2k y Browser-Phone para la parte de video, pero noto que Browser-Phone no soporta video o esta desactivado por codigo.

Agregó las configuraciones del contacto o cuenta pjsip del webphone Browser-Phone

Agrego las configuraciones de las cuentas de los Softphone Linphone y Zoipe5
