** Description

  • Account settings option "use (previously connected) account situationally"
  • 'one-time connect with account' option in case when content unavailable (bot protection, age-restriction, e.t.c) along with 'Open In Browser' and 'Report'

  • another important option:
  • one-time account auto-connect. it would be especially useful when unavailable content in enqueue

This won't add any value to the existing implementation. You should either remain anonymous all the time or not worry about the login issue. The API we use is not tracked by YouTube; it won't increase the view count of videos, won't appear in your history, and won't be used for your homepage recommendations. Therefore, whether you access this API ten times or a thousand times, there is essentially no difference.

But the account used is reflected in the YouTube server logs, isn't it?
