Problems with nested string quoting

Per discussion at helix-editor/helix#11306, it seems like nested strings e.g. """ foo " bar """ may not parse correctly. This needs some investigation.

Hm, I am not sure why inside isn't getting highlighted. That mostly looks like the correct highlighting for bash except mine seems to highlight the first word after the `.

What does the same thing look like in your bash highlighting?
