Your screenshot didn't upload. Proton Drive is working for me, I added app and installed without issue.

Edit: Did you try the config from Obtainium's Config website?

I've had the same problem with installing Proton Drive yesterday (added it from the Obtainium repo). Solved this by switching APK Link/Partial Hash.
