Undefined functions in locus_annotate.Rmd

Thank you for sharing the code for your great publication. We are trying to run some of the analyses locally. In locus_annotate.Rmd, there are some functions that are not defined anywhere. They also don't seem to be part of the required packages. E.g. get_gwas_bolt and get_eqtl_ebi_top_hits. Can you please share the code for these functions, as well?
