Missing support for TID 4300

Primary purpose of this issue is just to log that the TID 4300 template is missing in templates.py.

I intend to work with this in the coming weeks and will post questions related to that implementation in this thread.

Let me know if there are thoughts on how to approach this.

I never added a new template to highdicom, but I am familiar with TID 4300 and happy to help as much as I can!

Hi @fordanic ! As you know there are a huge number of templates so we had to be opinionated and selective in what we chose to include in the library and so we selected the most general-purpose ones. I would be happy to work with you on TID4300 and review drafts. Whether it ultimately ends up in the core highdicom package or perhaps an extras packages with an extended support for templates is something we will have to think about and perhaps discuss before merging
