What feature or change would you like to see made?

CI procedure that increments versions of OHIF v2 packages of the IDC fork after merging to the master branch.
Produce should update the changelog for each package based on commit messages.

Why should we prioritize this feature?

This procedure will be helpful to keep IDC's v2 fork versioning working and keep the changelog current.
