Official guideline for creating ImageGlass 9 theme pack #12

Hi all,

The official guideline for creating ImageGlass 9 theme pack is updated here: https://github.com/ImageGlass/Theme.
Please help to update your current theme packs (mostly just create a igtheme.json file. You can keep the igtheme.xml file for v8 compatibility.

For full example of `igtheme.json` file

please refer to dark/Green-Gradient.Duong-Dieu-Phap/igtheme.json

🐞 Please note that, ImageGlass v9.0 RC has a bug where the toolbar does not use the `ToolbarBgColor` value from theme pack. It will be fixed in the GA release.

Visit https://imageglass.org/themes to download the theme packs that support v9.0

🐞 Please note that, ImageGlass v9.0 RC has a bug where the toolbar does not use the ToolbarBgColor value from theme pack. It will be fixed in the GA release.
