Generate STR profiles for each sample

Thanks for your Ehdn.
I have a question about generating STR profiles. When I generate STR profiles, I find that the *.locus.csv files only have an header, but the *.json has the output. I wonder if Ehdn is not suitable for plant genomes, so there is no coordinate information output?
