Make pet page content more responsive #255

Right now, it is impossible to hide the pet and chat lists for several users. This makes the stats on the pet page hard to read and cuts off some text at not-so-large window sizes.

It should be always visible if their browser is big enough, otherwise shrunk - much like how the chat list was before. Is it still exhibiting this behavior at a small browser size?

Perhaps the browser size limits need to be redefined for the pet page since things are designed to be more horizontal there.

Maybe. I think it might be an easier idea to just make the content inside of it a bit more responsive, though, since it really only affects the pets page and only at a certain res. I don't have any ideas offhand on what to do but it's an idea.
