About EC20CEFAG-512-SGNS Calling failure

Hello, my device is EC20CEFAG-512-SGNS. According to the documentation, SMS can be received normally, but there is an error when using the extension to make external calls.
I checked the AT command manual of my device and found that there is no AT+CPCMREG command, but the driver still sends 'AT+CPCMREG=0;D'. I don't know if this is related?

Unload module from asterisk and check with minicom first if calls can be placed and received

Thank you very much for your help, it was a problem with my module configuration, I reset the module and then set it up again and it worked fine.
Everything is working fine now.
