[Bug] container capability list does not filter based on what is typed

Describe the bug

When adding capabilities to a container, the picklist does not filter based on what is typed.

This is misleading and it makes the user assume nothing matches text typed.

To Reproduce

1. install CasaOS app
2. open Settings of app
3. type NET into “Container Capabilities” field
4. observe picklist is not filtered (and in fact, appears like nothing in the list matches NET which is misleading)

Expected behavior

picklist is filter by all container capabilities matching NET

will add logs on request, I feel the screencast demonstrates the bug is easily reproducible.
