[BUG] Can't add any photos or videos in vault

About the issue

I wanted to add some photos and videos to the vault, yet when I do, it doesn't add any of them and just displays "Seems Empty Here". Closing and re-opening the app, and then checking the vault again, 1 image is displayed, and it's date is from 1970 (Which I don't even have any media files that old.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Gallery
2. Make a Vault
3. Add the files you wanna add
4. That's it.
