Feature Request: Integrate data conversion that allows additional data file formats to be offered in download options

Add additional file formats available to download for data files,

Current available format: Original data file format, tab, RData

Additional formats:

Excel, Stata, SPSS, SAS and potentially more

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
(Example users roles: API User, Curator, Depositor, Guest, Superuser, Sysadmin)

What inspired the request?
Many users of Borealis requested for more data file formats for the download option

What existing behavior do you want changed?
No

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
Changes in R scripts and file options added in Access File > Data Options
