Error handling when connection to rabbitmq server crashes #28

The rabbitmq should exit correctly w/o crashing if the connection to the rabbitmq server doesn't go through. Additionally it should provide a comprehensive error message. The fmu should return an error at the next fmi call with such error message.

possible fix in the rbmq-thread-multiple-connections patch.
