@CThuleHansen

problem

The information related to installing and using RT tester is somewhat lacking:

Links are dead, work only with python27 and only on windows

proposal

Identify the correct point of contact, @pglvdm should know this, and clarify what the future ambitions of the tools are.
For now it can't be used by anyone...

VSI who has developed this and they are a partner in the HUBCAP project so I suggest that we contact Jörg Brauer to make sure that he can improve this issue.

The stakeholder has been contacted, awaiting response.

The broken links have been fixed now within the INTO-CPS-Association/Documentation repository.

For this, I created a new repository: vsi-supplement

and a release therein that makes the files available. Only issue: I just realised that this is not within the INTO-CPS-Association repository yet, so will move it there and make the respective changes...

The repository vsi-supplements is now present under https://github.com/INTO-CPS-Association/ .

The links in the tools.rst documentation source have been accordingly update.

Hope this solves the problem.

Best - Frank
