Change description

The IR amendment introduced two new attributes in the EnvHealthDeterminantMeasure feature type and a new constraint "measureOrCategory" which requires that "Environmental health determinant measure shall be provided, either as measure (attribute ‘measure’) or category of measure (attribute ‘category’)."
In addition, a new codelist "MeasureCategoryTypeValue" and two new feature types (EnvHealthDeterminantConcentrationMeasure and EnvHealthDeterminantNoiseMeasure) were introduced.

Implementation of changes

The new constraint was added in the related ATS and the check will be implemented in the ETS.
The new codelist was added in the related ATS and the related check will be implemented in the ETS.
Checks for existing codelists not previously used were added in the ATS and needed to be implemented in the ETS.
The two new feature types were added in the related ATS and the check will be implemented in the ETS.
