  1. Mapping need to have additional field indication applicable dataset types based on existing inventoryType
    e.g. inventoryType building --> ergo:buildingInventoryV7

  2. Parse the fragility mapping rules to get column name

  3. Parse the fragility curveParameters to get column names

  4. cross compare with semantics definition and come up with proper prompts if mismatch
