add MBE

We have to add an schema, parser (and app?) for MBE data from Maxi and Kevin.
In the MBE folder of HU box there is an example csv file of the growth log, a *.xlsx file that describes the csv data and a screenshot of the control software (\Area A files\data\IKZ_MBE_SiGe_Kevin_Maximilian\Test_case_Nov24)

1. parsing *.csv logfiles into HDF5 and generate plots of the time dependent arrays
2. make use of full Vapor Deposition schema structure
3. ?

@aalbino2 please have a look at the files and give me a rough estimate on the implementation
