Add URL parameter as direct link to testing a ressource #204

Hi,
I haven't checked other issues nor docs in detail, so this might be a duplicate, or even already implemented.

I would like to give co-workers a direct link to the check results of their resource,
ideally something like:
https://fair-checker.france-bioinformatique.fr/check?url=https://gist.githubusercontent.com/sneumann/f053c4ab89de0578f6afb568f44a039b/raw/954f049d7da7d86a1ac83250d7e24af819bb2b7f/reaction.json

with the same result as if the'd cut&pasted the url into the HTML form. That's all :-)
