Add Achievements page to navbar after migrating content

The Achievements/Publications page is ready in concept, but without any achievements loaded in it will be pointless.
We will need to migrate the existing achievements from the old website onto the new one (and potentially add new achievements). Once that's done, we can make the pages navigatable.

Depends on #104 being merged.
