[FEATURE]: Navbar - redesign

What is the feature you would like to see?

• The navbar for smaller display sizes can be replaced with a Drawer.
• The color for the navbar, seems a little out of place with the rest of the page, use tools like these : ( 1 ), ( 2 ), to find a good color combination.
• The Dropdowns in the navbar have no visible indications of being dropdowns. Add mouse-hover activation + Dropdown indicators.
