Form app rendering issue - WRA data model

Hello,

I am trying to create JSON data using the Form App but I am getting this rendering issue and I am enable to move on with filling the form. I wonder whether I am doing something wrong or this is a real issue.
I have added a screen shot of the form and the error from the developer tools.

We have a problem with that alright and the documentation. See #256 and #264.

If you want to create some JSON you could use www.brighthub.io instead or maybe use one of the demo samples https://github.com/IEA-Task-43/digital_wra_data_standard/tree/dev/demo_data as a starter. If you need any help with brighthub just pm me.
