Deadband compensation

@stephenholleran @kersting Should we have a field that indicates whether deadband compensation was applied to the wind vane signal ?
Some loggers (later versions of SDR and SPRO) provide it but not sure all (Campbell, Amonnitt etc. ) do. Would you consider this important enough to be included in the model - likely as a logger property ?

@abohara Out of curiosity: How does a compensation look like? Is it an interval which gets filtered?
