Action to automatically create google sheets and docs from a released version of the parenttext in crisis content from https://github.com/IDEMSInternational/parenttext-crisis
To achieve this we need:

Deployment repositories using deployment specific content #5
Ability to create spreadsheets from json content
Ability to automatically generate docs using the Sidekick through Github actions
