[FEATURE] KUWAIT: Colour of hyperlinks when text colour is white / alternative

What?
In the PLH Kids KW theme the accordion component background is a dark blue, and the text appearing on it is white. However, when this text contains a hyperlink, the hyperlink appears in blue - which is barely visible on the blue background.

Would be good to display the hyperlinks in a colour that has sufficient contrast with the background.

I'm not sure if this issue is Kuwait-theme specific only, or that it might make sense to think about this in more generality, e.g. when the text style is set to alternative. @jfmcquade let me know what you think.
