Karma tests seem to run fine locally, but regularly fail in the Git action environment. This causes productivity slowdowns when trying to approve and deploy PRs.

I have not been able to identify yet why Karma continues to disconnect. Karma is significantly faster than the other environments for this kind of testing, so we may want to experiment with different Karma browser engines as a base to see if they are more reliable.

this issue happens in my local test environment (MAC) too sometimes with the error message: Chrome Headless 129.0.0.0 (Mac OS 10.15.7)]: Disconnected (0 times) Client disconnected from CONNECTED state (transport close)
