Some clues to improve TP2 for next year

for the set up:

fix conda issues with INSA IT
provide alternative with clear instructions in case it does not work on local computers (rstudio cloud, jupyter, other)
provide more explanations (which command is for command line, R)

for the practical:

in general, shorten
reduce data wrangling at the beginning (already nice column names; possibly start from filtered data) to focus on MOFA usage
use fast convergence for MOFA?

I hope that next year we will be able to use IARC IT infrastructure with Rstudio server, Jupyter notebook and a linux terminal.
