Group Welcome modal UI redesign

Button looks weird, style doesnt match redesign

I'm pretty sure there are lots of uses of the legacy button component (like in the group settings) that are sad now. I don't know if other stuff needs to be tweaked on Group Welcome but if its just the button, this might be more of a "convert usage of legacy buttons" ticket
